Callback: Students nominated for possible inclusion in Callback 2010 will be notified by mail immediately following the final written exam. Schools will be advised by email at the same time. Forms and performance DVDs must be submitted by Friday 19 November.  The closing date for these submissions has been extended this year to avoid interruption to students' study. 

Callback will be held early February at a Sydney venue to be confirmed.

ARTEXPRESS: Nomination letters will be sent to students and schools at the completion of the written exams. Nominated students will be provided with details to log in to the Students Online website to submit an online nomination form. Final selection letters will be sent mid-December and non-selected works will be returned to schools.

Artexpress will open in Sydney in February 2011.

DesignTECH: Letters will be sent to all nominated students and their schools at the completion of the written exams. Nominated students will be provided with details to log in to the Students Online website to submit an online nomination form and digital images of their project. Nominated students and their school will be notified of the outcome of the selection process mid December.

DesignTech will open at the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney on 19 February 2011.

ENCORE: Forms and performance DVDs must be submitted by Friday 19 November. Nominated students and their school will be notified of the outcome of the selection process in December. 

Encore will be held at the Sydney Opera House on 7 February 2011.

OnSTAGE: Nominated students and their school will be notified of the outcome of the selection process at the conclusion of the written exams. 

OnStage will be held at the Seymour Centre 5-11 February 2011.

Texstyle: Selection letters will be sent to students and schools at the conclusion of the written exams.

Texstyle exhibits at Federation House Sydney 29 November - 5 December.

Young Writers Showcase: Nominated students will be advised shortly after students receive their HSC results.

School staff, parents and students are reminded that nomination for an HSC showcase does not indicate a particular mark for the student’s major work or performance as there are many factors involved in final selection for a showcase event or exhibition. Inevitably, there are many outstanding students who are not nominated or, having been nominated, are not selected for the final showcase.
