HSC written exams 16: Wednesday November 9

Look for a Test yourself question from today’s Visual Arts exam.

09.25-11.00 Visual Arts

  • 9805 enrolled, 29% male : 71% female

13.55-15.55 language: Japanese Extension

  • 270 enrolled, 32% male : 68% female

13.55-15.55 language: Spanish Extension

  • 46 enrolled, 35% male : 65% female

13.55-17.00 Senior Science

  • 5475 enrolled, 53% male : 47% female

School Certificate 2: Wednesday November 9

For many students today will be the final day of the last ever NSW School Certificate tests.

The School Certificate was introduced in 1965 and for many years remained the highest level of school achievement many people attained.

More than 86 000 students are sitting for all five final School Certificate tests this year.

08.00-17.00 Computing Skills

Each school sets the time for this online test. It can be scheduled between Wednesday November 9 and Friday November 11.

Students have 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the test.

Computing Skills consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, 20 in each of the five skill areas: computer operations, word processing, spreadsheets and databases, graphics and multimedia, and internet and email.
