Reminder: Principals to certify 2012 Year 10 (Stage 5) student results data by Friday, 30 November

Principals are reminded that schools need to certify the accuracy of all student results data entered into Schools Online.

Grades, Life Skills outcomes and VET competencies achieved are due to be entered for all 2012 Year 10 (Stage 5) students via Schools Online by Friday, 30 November 2012.

Certification of the completeness and accuracy of the data is the final step in submitting grades, and is also required by Friday, 30 November. This should be done via Schools Online > Data Collection > Principal Certification.

‘Confirmation of Grading’ reports are available in the ‘My Reports’ section of Schools Online, and should be used as part of the school’s data checking processes.

Each school’s historic pattern of grades is accessible via Schools Online > Data Collection > Grades. Schools are encouraged to view each course pattern and engage with the available support material.
