Stage 5 grades, VET competency outcomes and Life Skills outcomes for 2012 Year 10 students must be entered in Schools Online by Friday, 30 November 2012.

This week will be the last opportunity for schools to make amendments to Year 10 (Stage 5) entries. The details that appear in Schools Online will be the source of information used by the Board to create each Year 10 student’s eRecord.

Detailed instructions on how to submit grade information is available via Schools Online > Downloads > Memos and Documents > Stage 5 Grades Folder.

Principals are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the submitted data. The principal’s certification must be submitted along with this data by the end of the week.

Year 10 school leavers

Schools are to advise the Board, via Schools Online > Data Collection > Year 10 School Leavers, of those students who will be leaving the NSW school system at the end of Year 10, 2012. Students who are recorded as leaving by Friday, 30 November will receive their Record of School Achievement (RoSA) by Friday, 14 December 2012.
