The Guidelines for Approved NSW School Providers Delivering Courses to Overseas Students (‘the Guidelines’) and the Administrative Arrangements for Approval of School Providers to Deliver Courses to Overseas Students (‘the Administrative Arrangements’) have been amended to include information about the requirements for approval of school system providers.
Amendments have also been made to update the name of the Commonwealth Government agency responsible for overseas students.
These changes take effect from the publication of this Official Notice.
The amended Guidelines and Administrative Arrangements are available to download from the Schools with Overseas Students (CRICOS) section of the Board’s website.
