Official Notice: HSC Languages Course Prescriptions for Stage 6 Background Speakers Courses

The course prescriptions for the HSC Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers courses 2014-2018 have been released and can be accessed in the HSC Syllabuses section of the Board’s website.
Schools are reminded that the study of texts prescribed for any HSC course may not begin before the completion of the Preliminary courses. This applies to study in all Languages Background Speakers Preliminary courses. It also applies to the study of a prescribed text in another medium, such as the film of a novel.
