Schools are requested to upload email addresses to Schools Online for all their Year 10 students by the end of Term 3.

The provision of emails will ensure that Year 10 students will be able to access their grades via Students Online at the end of the year. From mid Term 4, Year 10 students will be able to log in to Students Online (using the email supplied by their school) to view their enrolment details and grades when they become available.

Schools can upload their Year 10 email addresses using the ‘Load Student Contact Details’ function in the ‘Enrolments’ section of Schools Online. Detailed instructions are available in the ‘Memos and Documents’ section.
