The Aboriginal Languages Stage 6 Content Endorsed Course will count toward students' Higher School Certificate (HSC) and appear on their Record of School Achievement (RoSA) but will not contribute to their Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR). The syllabus can be studied as a 1 or 2 unit course and as a Preliminary and/or HSC course. There is no external examination for this type of syllabus and assessment is school based.

Consultation on the Draft Aboriginal Languages Stage 6 Content Endorsed Course Syllabus was held between Monday 3 August and Friday 11 September 2015. The Consultation Report on the Draft Aboriginal Languages Stage 6 Content Endorsed Course Syllabus is available on the BOSTES website.
