Principals and NAPLAN coordinators should ensure that all completed parent-carer consent forms for exemptions, parent withdrawals and disability adjustments are lodged with the school by Friday 1 May.

The majority of disability adjustments can be organised and approved by principals. The adjustments that require prior approval from BOSTES are:

• scribe use in the Writing test
• use of a computer.

These applications must be lodged with BOSTES by Friday 1 May. Applications for computer use in the Writing test due to a temporary injury will be accepted up until Tuesday 12 May.
