Schools have until COB Monday 9 March to access the PAR website to:

• complete the Statement of Compliance
• check the school address and advise the NAPLAN team at BOSTES if it is incorrect
• provide the details for the NAPLAN school contacts
• check the details for the students listed in each cohort and add newly enrolled students or delete students who have left the school, as required
• check the roll class groupings and amend or delete, as required
• confirm the print order for the test books

It is important that schools review roll class groupings as this determines the order in which test books are printed and securely packed. Where a preferred print order has not been identified in PAR, the test books for all students in each cohort will be packed in alphabetical order.

A PAR Manual for Phase 1 can be downloaded from the PAR website.

Login details for the PAR website were provided in the letter which was sent with the Handbook for Principals.
