Revised draft Stage 6 Life Skills Work and the Community syllabus - consultation starts 20 April

Consultation on the revised Stage 6 Life Skills Work and the Community syllabus starts on Monday April 20. The revised syllabus aims to reflect a contemporary view of the world in which we live and work, incorporating new ICT skills and financial literacy content.

Teachers and members of the community can provide feedback via face-to-face meetings, the online survey or written submissions.

Interested parties are encouraged to register for one of the consultation meetings where there will be opportunities to discuss features and content of the revised draft syllabus.

Meetings will be held from 4.00 – 6.00pm and are BOSTES registered professional development courses. Participation contributes two hours towards registered professional development for proficient teacher accreditation.

The draft revised syllabus, registration for consultation meetings and access to the online survey are available on the BOSTES website.

Consultation ends Friday 31 May 2015
