New Visual Arts RoSA work samples
New work samples for the Visual Arts Preliminary Course, Portraiture – Painting, are available on the BOSTES website in the Assessment Resource Centre (ARC).
The work samples demonstrate standards A–D in student achievement using the Common Grade Scale for Preliminary Courses. The accompanying commentaries give reasons for the different mark range indicated.
The work samples will help teachers make consistent and reliable judgments aligned with statewide standards when grading student achievement.
