BOSTES services available over shutdown period
BOSTES will be closed over the Christmas/New Year period between Monday 26 December and Friday 6 January.
Key frontline services will continue to operate during this period as follows:
HSC Inquiry Centre (1300 13 83 23)
- Open weekdays 9am to 5pm
- Closed 26, 27 and 28 December, and 2 January.
Replacement Certificates and Equivalent Qualifications
- Open weekdays 8.30am to 4pm
- Closed 26, 27 and 28 December, and 2 January.
Note that priority equivalent qualification applications will not be accepted between Monday 26 December and Monday 2 January.
Reception (9367 8111)
- Staff will be available for urgent calls on weekdays from 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Closed on 26, 27 and 28 December, and 2 January.
Regular operating hours and services resume Monday 9 January 2017.
