Students who leave school prior to completing the HSC are usually eligible to receive a Record of School Achievement (RoSA) credential.

The Schools Online function to nominate a current Year 11 or Year 12 student is now open. Go to Schools Online > Enrolments > Nominate RoSA School Leavers. The date the student left (participation date), which will be indicated on the student’s RoSA, must be within four weeks of the nomination date.

If the student left school more than four weeks ago, please use the Request for a RoSA Credential form, which can be downloaded from Schools Online > Memos and Documents > Record of School Achievement (RoSA).

All students will receive their RoSA as a PDF. Students can download, save and print it directly from their Students Online account. They will need to log in using their student number and PIN.  A further, printed copy of their RoSA can be ordered at a cost of $16.50. Students Online accounts for all 2016 students remain open until Friday 30 June 2017.

Please ensure students know their student number, have activated their Students Online account, and updated their email address before they leave school.
