2010 Brother John Taylor Memorial Prize

The 2010 Brother John Taylor Memorial Prize nomination form and closing date are now available. The Prize is presented each year to a student or students who have overcome significant disadvantage or disability to attain academic excellence in their HSC. As HSC results are not available until December 15, teachers and principals are encouraged to start considering students who may be eligible for the prize and have the potential to achieve academic success in this year's HSC.

The prize comprises a cash grant, a trophy and a certificate recognising the award. There will also be a prize for nominated students. Last year, all nominees received an Oxford English Dictionary donated by The Co-op Bookshop.

Inquiries should be directed to rebecca.lloyd@bos.nsw.edu.au

The closing date for nominations is 17 December 2010.
