BOSTES recently released the draft K–10 Geography syllabus incorporating agreed Australian curriculum content.

K–6 primary teachers are encouraged to register for an upcoming consultation meeting where teachers will have opportunities to discuss K–6 features and content of the draft syllabus.

Consultation meetings will be held from 4.00 - 6.00pm and are registered professional development courses. Participation will contribute two hours towards registered professional development for proficient teacher accreditation. Registrations close the day before the event.

Teachers can also submit feedback on the draft syllabus via the online survey or through written submissions.

The draft syllabus, registration for consultation meetings and access to the online survey are available on the BOSTES website.

Consultation ends Friday 29 August.
