323 people attended after school consultation meetings last week at venues across NSW. To secure your spot at one of the remaining meetings, please register by 8:00 am the day the before.

Participation at a consultation meeting will contribute 2 hours of QTC Registered PD (addressing 6.2.2 and 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers) towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Consultation meetings are held from 4:00 – 6:00pm. They provide an opportunity to hear from the BOSTES subject inspector and discuss the Draft Writing Briefs with teachers from other schools.

Feedback can also be given via:

• the online survey, which includes the questions posed at consultation meetings and some additional questions, or
• written submission to Vicki Kimber, Senior Project Officer, BOSTES, GPO Box 5300, Sydney 2001 or vicki.kimber@bostes.nsw.edu.au

All feedback will be used to revise the final Writing Brief, which will, in turn, be used to develop the draft syllabus. Consultation continues until Sunday 29 November.
