BOSTES services available over shut down period
HSC Inquiry Centre 1300 13 83 23
Open weekdays 9am to 5pm except:
- Wednesday 16 December (release of HSC results day) - 8am to 5pm
- Friday 25 and Monday 28 December and Friday 1 January - closed
- Thursday 24 and Thursday 31 December - 9am to 12 noon.
Replacement Certificates and Equivalent Qualifications
Open weekdays 8.30am to 4pm except:
- Friday 25, Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 December and Friday 1 January - closed
- Thursday 24 and Thursday 31 December - 8.30am to 12 noon.
Note that urgent or priority applications will not be accepted from Wednesday 23 December to Monday 4 January.
Examination Operations
Staff will be available for urgent calls weekdays from 9.30am to 4.00pm except:
- Friday 25, Monday 28 andTuesday 29 December and Friday 1 January – closed
- Thursday 24 and Thursday 31 December - 9am to 12 noon.
