Amendments to examination rubrics for Stage 6 Languages Beginners courses

In the light of feedback from the languages marking centres, the examination rubrics for Section III – Writing for all Stage 6 Languages Beginners examinations have been slightly amended.
The changes to the wording of the rubrics have been made for two reasons:
- to enable some differentiation between what is required of students in Parts A and Part B of Section III – Writing
- to more closely align the wording in the rubrics with the wording in the outcomes in the syllabus.
The amended examination rubrics will appear in HSC examinations from 2015. They are available to download from the Languages Beginners HSC syllabus pages of the BOSTES website.
