NAPLAN critical dates and general information
NAPLAN tests will be conducted over 3 days from Tuesday 10 – Thursday 12 May 2016.
The Handbook for Principals, which contains the National Protocols for Test Administration, will be distributed to schools by the end of February. This package will contain a letter to the principal with the access details to the Participation and Registration (PAR) website. This year, each principal will be issued with a new PAR password. The PAR user name will not change
Details regarding PAR access and the Handbook for Principals will also be sent by email.
An important change for 2016 is that schools must submit all disability adjustments requiring prior approval from BOSTES electronically via the PAR website. This includes all applications for:
- large print
- braille
- electronic tests
- use of a scribe or computer.
