Consultation on the Draft K-10 Languages Framework ending
Consultation on the Draft K-10 Languages Framework ends Sunday 10 April.
Feedback will be considered in the development of the Languages Framework, which will, in turn, be used to develop the Draft K-10 syllabus for each of the following languages:
- Arabic
- Chinese
- French
- German
- Hebrew
- Hindi
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Modern Greek
- Russian
- Spanish
- Turkish
- Vietnamese
You can provide feedback via an online survey, written submission or you can attend one of the three remaining face-to-face consultation meetings from 4-6 pm. Please pre-register and bring an electronic or hard copy of the Draft K-10 Languages Framework to the consultation meeting.
Attending a Draft Languages K-10 Framework consultation meeting will contribute 2 hours of QTC Registered PD (addressing 6.2.2 and 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers) towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
