Year 12 students eligible for a RoSA

Year 12 students not completing the HSC this year and not returning to school in 2017, will usually be eligible for a RoSA (Record of School Achievement).

Schools nominate students via  Schools Online > Enrolments > Nominate RoSA School Leavers, to ensure they receive this credential from BOSTES.

If this step is not completed, BOSTES will not know that the student is leaving school and no credential will be issued.

Please provide RoSA school leavers with a copy of the “RoSA – Letter to Students”, available from Schools Online > Memos and Documents.

RoSA and HSC credentials are provided as PDFs. Students download, save and print their RoSA directly from their Students Online account, which is accessed using their student number and PIN. It is important that all school leavers know their student number, have activated their Students Online account and updated their email address before they leave school.

More information about the RoSA is available on the BOSTES website.
