Make sure you get your WriteOn entries in

There’s only a few weeks left to get your school’s entries in for WriteOn 2011.

The competition is open to all primary schools and is a great way to get your students excited about writing.

There are great prizes to win and outstanding entries will be published by the Board, a fantastic opportunity for any young author. One entry will also be chosen for publication in The Sun-Herald.

Entries close 1 July and winners will be announced during National Literacy and Numeracy week 29 Aug – 3 September.

The competition will be judged by a panel of primary school teachers with Gold, Silver and Bronze award winners chosen from each stage.

Gold award winners will receive a gold certificate, a Dymocks gift voucher and a 12-month subscription to The Sydney Morning Herald and The Sun-Herald.

The competition is proudly sponsored by The Sydney Morning Herald and The Sun-Herald.
