*CCAFL (Collaborative Curriculum and Assessment Framework for Languages) is a national framework for the development of languages syllabuses and the setting and marking of languages examinations. Under the CCAFL agreement, various state and territory curriculum, assessment and certification authorities develop examinations in a wide range of small candidature community languages. Because these examinations are used nationally, they are scheduled at a time suitable to all participating states.
