On Wednesday 12 November 2014, all Year 11 students will be able to access their Year 11 grades via Students Online.

Students can log in to their personalised secure account using their BOSTES student number and 6 digit PIN. If it is their first visit to the site they will need to activate their account.

Once logged in students can review their results in My Details > Enrolments/Results section and generate their eRecord. The eRecord is their interim report showing their 2014 Year 11 grades and their 2013 Year 10 grades and results.

Schools will be able to access their Year 11 student grades from Schools Online > Downloads > My Reports > Principal’s Results Folder on 12 November, and download the Year 11 student eRecords as PDF documents from the same menu.

Schools must inform BOSTES of any student who is leaving the NSW school system after completing their 2014 Year 11 (Preliminary) requirements.

Requests for leaving credentials are completed via Schools Online > Enrolments > Nominate RoSA School Leavers.
