Principals or NAPLAN coordinators should ensure that all completed parent-carer consent forms for exemptions, parent withdrawals and disability adjustments are lodged with the school by 2 May, 2014.

The majority of disability adjustments can be organised at school level without external approval in accordance with the protocols in the Handbook for Principals.

The only adjustments that require prior approval from BOSTES are Scribe use in the Writing test or computer use.

Applications for these adjustments should be lodged with BOSTES by 2 May, 2014.

Applications for computer use in the Writing test due to a temporary injury will be accepted up until 12 May, 2014 prior to the Writing test.
