BOSTES is hosting practical marking development sessions for teachers of HSC Drama, Music, Textiles and Design and Visual Arts, as advised in the Bulletin of Monday March 16. Completion will be acknowledged with professional development accreditation.

Drama – Saturday 10 October

9.00am – 1.00pm

This is the first time BOSTES has offered professional development for Drama projects. The session will be held at Sydney Showground, Homebush Bay. Further information is available on our Professional Development page, and tickets will be available from Eventbrite on Monday 31 August.

Completing HSC Drama Practical Marking Day will contribute 4 hours of QTC Registered PD addressing 5.1.3, 5.3.3, 6.2.3, 6.3.3, 6.4.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Highly Accomplished Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Music – Saturday 7 November

This session will be held at Rosehill Racecourse. Further information is available on our Professional Development page, and tickets will be available from Eventbrite on Monday 14 September.

Completing HSC Music Composition Practical Marking Day will contribute 3 hours and 30 minutes of QTC Registered PD addressing 5.1.3, 5.3.3, 6.2.3, 6.3.3, 6.4.3 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Highly Accomplished Teacher Accreditation in NSW.

Textiles and Design – Friday 11 September  (NOTE CHANGE OF DATE)

Session 1 -  1.00pm to 3.30pm

Session 2 -  5.00pm to 7.30pm
