Year 11 (Preliminary) grades will be released to students and schools on Wednesday 16 November 2016.

Schools can access their student result reports and download the Year 11 eRecord School Package via Schools Online > Downloads > My Reports.

The eRecord is an interim report for each student of their accumulating results. For most 2016 students this includes:

• page 1: 2016 Year 11 (Preliminary) grades (and Life Skills outcomes where applicable)
• page 2: 2015 Stage 5 (Year 10) grades (and Life Skills outcomes where applicable).

Students can log into their Students Online secure account to view their grades onscreen and download their own eRecord. They will need to activate their account to gain access, if they have not done so before.

BOSTES will send students an e-bulletin when their grades are available, including details of how to access their secure account. If students do not receive an e-bulletin, please ask them to check that their contact details are correct in their Students Online account.

It is the responsibility of schools to inform BOSTES if a student is not continuing their HSC and leaving school. These students may be eligible for a Record of School Achievement (RoSA), which they can download via their Students Online secure account, after being nominated by their school.
