Food Technology HSC exam details for Wednesday 21 October 2009

The Board of Studies joins with the rest of the community in wishing all students the best for their exams. Course: Food Technology Date: Wednesday October 21, 2009, 1:55 PM - 5:00 PM Candidature: 3477 (as at 1 September 2009) The paper consists of four sections. Section I (10 marks) consists of 10 multiple-choice questions, answered on a separate machine-scored answer sheet. Section II consists of two parts. Part A (45 marks) has three compulsory questions, made up of several parts. These questions are worth 15 marks each and are answered in the spaces provided on the question paper. Part B (10 marks) consists of two 10-mark questions, from which the students choose one based on their chosen option topic. The Part B question is answered in the spaces provided on the question paper. Section III consists of two 20-mark structured extended-response questions, from which the students must choose one. Section IV consists of four extended-response questions worth 15 marks each, from which the students must choose one based on their chosen option topic.
