Delivering courses to overseas students
From 1 October 2010 the Board of Studies has delegated responsibility for approving school providers to deliver courses to overseas students in NSW.
Guidelines have been developed to provide information about the regulatory framework and the requirements for schools.
For a school provider to be registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) they must first be approved by the Board of Studies. The register is administered by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).
