Innovation of 2009 HSC students recognised at DesignTECH ceremony
The outstanding achievements of students whose work was selected for the 2009 DesignTECH exhibition were recognised at a ceremony on 25 February 2010.
The President of the Board of Studies, Mr Tom Alegounarias, presented each of the 23 exhibiting students with a certificate in recognition of the excellence of their major design projects.
DesignTECH is an annual exhibition featuring a range of Major Design Projects by HSC students from government and non-government schools across NSW. Starting at the Powerhouse Museum, it then tours several regional venues.
The exhibition provides the public with an opportunity to view the talent, creativity and innovation emerging from the Design and Technology course and is a valuable resource for students and teachers in metropolitan and regional NSW.
