Official Notice: Amended Stage 6 Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers Syllabuses

Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Teachers
The Stage 6 Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers syllabuses have been amended.
Implementation of the amended syllabuses will commence in Preliminary 2012.
Key amendments to the syllabuses include:
- The removal of the prescribed themes and contemporary issues from the Stage 6 Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers Syllabuses
- The publication of the prescribed themes and contemporary issues within the separate ‘Course Prescriptions’ documents for the Stage 6 Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers courses.
The amended Stage 6 Chinese, Indonesian, Japanese and Korean Background Speakers syllabuses are available to download from the syllabus section of the Board’s website.
