Due to the potential high level of risk associated with delivery, the following unit of competency has been withdrawn as an HSC elective from the Primary Industries Stage 6 Syllabus:

• AHCLSK212A Ride horses to carry out stock work.

This amendment is effective immediately.

Version 8 of the AHC10 Training Package has been submitted to the National Skills Standards Council (NSSC) for consideration at their December meeting. This Training Package update, along with versions 5, 6 and 7 of AHC10, has no impact on the Primary Industries HSC course structures or HSC Content.

The syllabus on the Board’s website will be updated to incorporate the amendment, and indicate the latest Training Package version, once AHC10v8 is released on training.gov.au.
