NAPLAN 2014 Tests

This notice is to advise principals of Independent schools in NSW of the process for entering students for the 2014 NAPLAN tests.

The 2014 NAPLAN tests will be conducted from 13 - 15 May. The 2014 NAPLAN information for Independent schools is on the Board of Studies website.

To register for the 2014 NAPLAN tests, Independent schools are required to enter details for all eligible students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 onto the Student Details spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is to be completed as per the information provided. The spreadsheet is then to be uploaded to the Participation and Registration (PAR) website. The PAR website will be available from Monday 10 February 2014. The final date to upload the student details spreadsheet is Friday 28 February 2014.

All school principals are required to read and accept the terms of the NAPLAN Code of Conduct which will be included on the Statement of Compliance page in the PAR website. As a result principals are no longer required to complete and return the Declaration of Confidentiality.
