For the first time, Year 11 students will be able to access their Year 11 grades from Students Online. From Wednesday 13 November students can use their Board of Studies student number and 6 digit PIN to access their eRecord, which will show their 2013 Year 11 grades and their 2012 Year 10 grades. Results for Students that undertook the optional Literacy and Numeracy tests will also be shown. Students must activate their account first to see their grades.

Schools will be able to access their Year 11 student grades from Schools Online > Downloads > My Reports > Principal’s Results Folder on 13 November, and download the Year 11 student eRecords as PDF documents from the same menu.

A RoSA (Record of School Achievement) credential or a Transcript of Study will be mailed to students whose schools have notified the Board that they are leaving school.
