The Board of Studies considered the applications for the renewal of the school's registration and accreditation under the Education Act beyond 2013 at its meeting on Tuesday 10 December 2013.

While progress has been made in relation to the areas of the school's non-compliance with the Education Act, the Board continues to have concerns about the school's compliance with the requirements for registration and accreditation. Accordingly, the school's period of registration and accreditation has been extended until 31 December 2014 during which time the school is required to address the Board's concerns.

The school will be the subject of further inspection early in Term 1, 2014, and subsequently as required, to expedite the resolution of the Board's concerns.
