Official Notice: Submission of Society and Culture Personal Interest Projects (PIPs)

BOS 13/13

Who needs to read this notice:
Principals
HSC coordinators
HSC Society and Culture teachers

From this year, students’ Society and Culture PIPs will be submitted to the Board electronically via Schools Online. Schools will no longer be required to print, package and post them to the Board.

Schools will upload their students’ PIPs as pdf files. The process is fast, secure and reliable. Further information on the upload process will be provided closer to the submission date.

Schools that are aware of particular students where there may be issues in saving their project as a pdf, or that have any concerns about their capacity to upload projects, should contact the Board by phone, fax or email to the number/address shown below.

Students are required to hand in their PIP to their teacher by Monday, 29 July, and schools need to submit them to the Board by Monday, 5 August.

The full schedule of dates for the 2013 HSC practical and performance examinations is available on the Board’s website.
