Delivery of NAPLAN reports

The 2013 NAPLAN student reports will be delivered to schools from 8–11 October. Distribution of the student reports to parents must commence on Monday, 14 October and is to be completed by Friday, 18 October.

Schools will also have access to the Participation and Registration (PAR) website during the reporting period to enable a review of student test participation information. Access will be read-only and no changes can be made to data.

In order to meet the timelines for the provision of data to ACARA, principals, or their delegate, should notify the Board of Studies in writing if they have any issues relating to the 2013 NAPLAN student reports by Friday, 25 October 2013. Report issues raised after this date will not be processed in time for updates to the NAPLAN data for the MySchool website.

Details of report issues should be emailed to naplan.nsw@bos.nsw.edu.au and must include the following information:

  • school name
  • region and school code
  • school phone number
  • name of the Principal or their delegate
  • name of any affected students and their Year (3, 5, 7 or 9)
  • exact details of the problem.

The Board of Studies will advise schools of any subsequent changes to student results.
